On a local level, they work with small-scale suppliers of gourmet cheeses, charcuterie processed meats and milk co-operatives. Innovation, quality, and authenticity have remained our watchwords, and our commitment to them has earned us both recognition and a reputation as pioneers in the introduction of unusual, exotic, and premium food products for our discerning customers.
