Ingredients

  • 200g Dodoni Feta
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • A pinch of fill
  • 1 grated cucumber (use as much as you like!)
  • Lemon juice
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • A clove of garlic
  • 150 grams of Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Blend the yoghurt and feta in a food processor, until smooth
Add lemon juice, dill and garlic.
Squeeze/drain as much liquid as you can from the cucumber, then stir it into the
mixture. Add salt and pepper
