Located on the coast of Amakusa-city of Kumamoto, Japan, within 100M of the waters, Poseidon Group has two factories dedicated to fish processing, namely Hamachi, Sea Bream, Kampachi, etc. Being so close to the waters, the raw materials are as fresh as they can get.  The processing team is mainly comprised of locals who have grown up as fish experts. Additionally, the facility has an in-house Quality Control team on site, ensuring that HACCP plans are followed, and regular Microbiology Testing is conducted to warrant the best quality to be delivered to your plate. 

State-of-the-art technology is also incorporated to streamline operations and guarantee umami retention. Flash Freezing through Liquid Freezing -40F> (-40C>) and ABF (Air Blast Freezer) at -40F> (-40C>) are both exercised for best results.  P&Z Fine Foods Meat Processing Factory: Poseidon Group International is not only the top importer of authentic Wagyu from Japan but also has the capability of processing it into steaks, slices, etc.

With a USDA Office on-site and severe HACCP plans in place, including a state-of-the-art metal detector, Wagyu is processed at our facility daily in a temperature-controlled room. In addition to having multiple HACCP-certified Quality Control staff on-site, Microbiology Tests are conducted for primal loins and final processed items regularly. This is to confidently offer delicious and safe foods to ensure complete satisfaction from our customers.
